Every morning, we welcome you into our bright and intimate breakfast room, with an outdoor garden terrace immersed in greenery, just a few steps from the guest rooms.
The breakfast area is located in a separate building, ensuring peace, privacy and a relaxed atmosphere throughout your stay.
Your day begins with the sound of birdsong, the scent of freshly baked pastries and, occasionally, the gentle presence of curious squirrels wandering through the garden.

The true highlight of our breakfast is the homemade pastry buffet, entirely produced in-house.
We do not use industrial mixes or pre-made products.
Throughout the summer season, two dedicated pastry chefs prepare a daily selection of cakes, tarts, cookies and baked goods exclusively for our guests.

For our breakfast pastries we use only fresh, high-quality raw materials, carefully selected and sourced from small local producers whenever possible:
fresh milk, fresh eggs, quality butter, selected flours
We never use palm oil, refined oils, powdered mixes or preservatives.
Our pastries are baked fresh every day, ensuring natural flavours and genuine taste.
No stabilisers, emulsifiers or artificial additives — just real ingredients, expertly prepared.

Breakfast is served from 8:00 to 10:00 am by our attentive staff, offering discreet and personalised service.

From breakfast room to elegant lounge
Outside breakfast hours, the breakfast room becomes a comfortable and welcoming lounge, available to our guests throughout the day.
