Yes, all the rooms are equipped with air conditioning and have an independent thermostat.The air conditioning only turns on when the windows are closed and a temperature lower than the room temperature is set. The default setting for the air conditioning is 26°C, but you can adjust it up or down by 3°C. However, it is recommended not to set it below 24°C to avoid temperature fluctuations. If you prefer natural ventilation, you can turn off the air conditioning by yourself (or request it to be turned off at the reception) and let the air come in through the windows with integrated mosquito nets. The air conditioning and all the electrical appliances in the room, except for the minibar, only turn on when the guest is in the room and the magnetic card is inside the accommodation.
Usually, the rooms are ready for check-in between 11:00 and 12:00 AM and not later than 12:30 AM. You can check-in until 11:00 PM. After that time, please inform the reception to arrange the time and entry procedures. The check-out time is before 10:00 AM. From that time onwards, all other services (beach and/or meals) expire.
From June 1st to September 15th, we only offer full board. This includes the following services:
Breakfast in the Garden room located in front of the rooms. Hot beverages are served by the waiter, while the rest is available in a buffet consisting of croissants, assorted pastries, cookies, cakes made in our artisan pastry laboratory, yogurt, jams, assorted bread, fresh fruit, cooked ham,
and cheese. Breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
Lunch and dinner at the sea-view restaurant in the pentagonal white room. Each meal includes a choice of 2 out of 6 different options (meat, fish and vegetarian) to be indicated the day before for the following day. The menu includes a first course, a second course, a side dish and fruit or
dessert. Beverages are not included.
Beach service: 1 umbrella + 1 deck chair + 1 sunbed (or 2 sunbeds) on the private beach, just a few steps from the rooms. Each room has a reserved spot on the beach from 10:00 AM on the day of arrival until 10:00 AM on the day of departure. It is possible to add the use of the umbrella on request even during the departure day, to be used after checking out. Toilets, showers, and footwashing facilities are free of charge for the hotel guests.

During periods not included between June 1st and September 15th, any type of treatment can be chosen. Half board includes the same services as full board, except for one main meal (you can choose to have either lunch or dinner). B&B (Bed and Breakfast) only includes accommodation with breakfast, parking, and bicycle rental.
The beach and meals are not included but both services can be added later.
Yes, we have 2 out of 20 rooms that are suitable for travelers with disabilities. Rooms number 6 and room number 7 are on the ground floor and face northeast. Yes, it is possible to book and use the beach umbrellas on our private beach for a single day or with a weekly, biweekly, monthly, or seasonal subscription.

Yes, it is possible to have lunch or dinner in our restaurants even if you don’t stay in the hotel. You can try “La Veranda” or “Il Ginepro Experience Restaurant”, by reservation. Thy both have a nice view on the sea and the islands.
Pets are not allowed in the rooms or on the beach. However, it is possible to bring them to the restaurant by notifying us at the time of booking. In the hotel we accept only one dog per day during April, May and October.
The beach service included in the full board and half board options includes the use of one umbrella with 1 deck chair and 1 beach bed (or with 2 beach beds). It also includes free use of toilets, showers, and foot wash. For those who use the service without staying at the hotel, the hot shower is subject to a fee, while parking is free.

Similarly, those who rent an umbrella also have the option to leave their car for free in a private parking area on the opposite side of the road.
It is only a few meters away. The hotel is located within the pine forest, so the sea is not visible from the rooms due to the dense vegetation and the dune between the hotel and the beach. In a straight line, it is 20 meters away, and you can reach the sea through a short path within the pine forest, passing by the entrances to the restaurants and the bar.
Yes, our staff is trained to prepare soups, purees, mashed food, and dishes suitable for young children (e.g., without salt).
In the room, children can use a single bed with or without side rails, or a camping cot. For infants under 6 months, it is also possible to request a NextToMe crib, which is beloved by mothers as it allows them to have their little one next to them without getting up to breastfeed. We provide sheets and towels.
