SWEETS PREPARED BY OUR ARTISAN PASTRY
In 2009 Alessandro, owner and son of the founder Laura, decided to expand the gastronomic offer of his restaurant by adding to his kitchen also a pastry shop that could delight guests until the last course. His uncle had already opened similar paths in the family by inventing the flavors Smurf and Pink Panther establishing itself in the history of the Italian company with one of the major companies of semi-finished products for ice cream shops. But Alexander’s journey went further because with meticulous attention to quality wanted to create a laboratory whose preparations should have been 100% genuine, just like a homemade cake starting from raw raw materials. He started alone with a planetary mixer, now we are talking about 3 people at work, 3 planetary mixers, a pasteurizer and, as always, lots of passiuonfor innovation and quality. He became a pastry chef and specialized in cakes classic, modern cakes, wedding cakes, plated desserts and healthy preparations.
The desserts of Il Boschetto are:
without the use of semi-finished products, without the use of preservatives, without using low quality fats (palm–coconut), prepared with quality raw materials (for example vanilla instead of vanillin)
TASTE OUR TRUE ICE CREAM
Real ice cream, the one prepared without stabilizers, is kept in the cockpit! We prepare it daily with the pasteurizer: the main ingredients are milk and sugar. For tastes without lactose or animal fat-free we use water,fruit and sugar. Enjoy truly homemade ice cream and if you it still goes take it back without feeling guilty.
A MOMENT OF EVERYDAY PLEASURE
Breakfast in the garden
Every morning in the breakfast room facing the garden, the buffet is preparedof the breakfast. It is served from 8:00 to 10:00 and offers croissants of all types, desserts prepared in our homemade pastries, different types of milk, yoghurt and fresh fruit. Hot drinks are prepared at moment by our staff and served at the table.
