IL GINEPRO experience restaurant is born from the idea of the owner, Alessandro, the second generation of Il Boschetto, to offer and share his perception of well-being, which comes from a simple and genuine cuisine in an environment that needs no introduction.
Epitheted as a synecdoche because it is located in an exclusive setting within a place you already know, where you marvel at every sunset, Il Ginepro takes its name from the juniper plant with its intense fragrance and multiple herbal properties found in this forest. We propose gastronomic journeys that you can mix and match to your liking, all sharing the same philosophy: the dishes are made using locally sourced ingredients and carefully selected foreign products, blending tradition with creativity. “When I read the menu for the first time, it seemed like a list of ingredients. Then I tasted a few dishes and discovered how many forms those ingredients could take. Be surprised, be curious, and ask about the composition of these creations”.
