Villa Giuliana is an independent villa with a private garden located in the uptown residential area called Campi Alti, inside Follonica. It is on the peak of a little hill, 400 meters from the sea, which can also be reached by walking (15 minutes). For ease of movement and convenience guests can rent the hotel’s private beach, which offers free private parking to its guests. The villa consists of two apartments, restyled in 2023. You need a car to reach Hotel Boschetto and its private beach (5 minutes by car – 3.5km). Private parking is available in front of the house and in front of the hotel private beach.
Guests staying in the Villa’s apartments have the option to separately book services reserved for hotel guests, such as the private beach, half board or full board at the sea view restaurant
